Medical Interpreter Training Program

This course is led by an experienced instructor with deep knowledge of the linguistic, cultural, and legal aspects of medical interpretation, along with a practicing Medical Doctor who serves diverse population groups.

Upon successful completion of this program, you will meet the essential requirements for the National Certification for Medical Interpreters.
The Medical Interpreter Training is a recognized 48-hour certificate program focused on medical and community interpretation.

Course Highlights:

Engaging role plays and group activities will provide practical experience for skill development. Video segments will illustrate effective and ineffective interpreting techniques. Each participant will receive digital copies of the «Training Manual» and the «Human Body Systems and Medical Terminology for Interpreters» handbook.
